Last updated: 2026

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all services provided by Anex 3D Printing, Anex Development, Anex Consulting, Anex Technologies and all entities operating under the Anex brand. These Terms apply to all customers, businesses, contractors, subcontractors, organisations and individuals who engage with Anex in any capacity, including but not limited to 3D printing services, retail purchases, digital file submissions, consulting work, technical services and business-to-business support. By submitting a file, making an enquiry, initiating a service request or continuing to engage Anex in any working or commercial capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the full Terms outlined in this document.

1. GENERAL SERVICE TERMS

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Any use of Anex services signifies acceptance of these Terms. You must not engage Anex services if you do not agree with these Terms.

1.3 Modification of Terms

2. FILE SUBMISSION AND COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 Customer Liability for File Ownership

Any party submitting a file, model, link, image or digital design to Anex certifies that they are the legal owner of the file or that they hold valid rights, permissions or a licence to reproduce and print the file. All responsibility for copyright, licensing and IP compliance lies solely with the party submitting the content.

2.2 No Verification Duty

Anex does not verify the ownership or copyright status of submitted files. All legal responsibility remains with the customer.

2.3 No Redistribution of Files

Anex does not sell, redistribute, resell, publish or provide access to any submitted digital files. Files are used solely for quoting and producing printed items for the customer who supplied them.

2.4 Prohibited Submissions

Anex may refuse to print any file containing unlicensed copyrighted content, weapons or weapon components, illegal or dangerous items or any file that violates Australian law. Anex may decline any print request at its discretion.

3. PRINT QUALITY, REFUNDS AND REPRINTS

3.1 Print Quality

Anex guarantees prints free from printer-related defects. Layer lines, visible texture and other characteristics inherent to the specific printing process are normal and do not constitute defects.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or complimentary reprints will not be issued for design flaws inherent in the model, incorrect scaling provided by the customer, unsupported geometry, dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes, or failures caused by the model’s structure rather than machine performance.

3.3 Reprints

Reprints will only be provided where failure was caused by machine malfunction or material defect.

4. RETAIL PRODUCT TERMS

4.1 Filament and Resin Supplies

Anex supplies its own branded PLA Pro and PETG filament designed to meet our specifications and deliver optimal performance, including compatibility with AMS units. Resin, resin printers and wash-and-cure stations are also available.

4.2 Warranty Limitations

No warranty applies to damage caused by misuse, incorrect settings, poor calibration, incompatible equipment or improper installation.

5. PRIVACY POLICY
